Italian MPs, Marco Di Maio (MP) and Urania Papatheu (senator) said, Friday in Rabat, that the creation of a parliamentary intergroup in support of the autonomy plan seeks to promote a "fair and consensual solution" to the artificial conflict over the Sahara.

A parliamentary intergroup in support of the autonomy plan for the Moroccan Sahara has just been set up on the initiative of several MPs and senators belonging to different Italian political groups, announced on Monday MPs Marco Di Maio and Urania Papatheu in a press release.
